living in the Tropics, we don't do the whole 4 seasons thing. It either rains or it doesn't. So when the Ice Cream Machine is in cooler climes, I appreciate the odd fallen leaf.
This is like a negative version of yesterday's photo of the bird, in colour and the same simple composition. They look cool together in the thumbnails on your page.
@bobfoto
why SUMMER of course :):):)!!!
i am a summer baby :) and i looooooooove SO MUCH about the season! mostly, i can BE OUTSIDE and do so much more. I AM REALLY into camping! so in the summer i go almost every weekend...or at least try to. i love biking, and quading, and fishing, and bbq's with ice cold beer :D haha. SO MUCH I LOVE about summer :)
@kdimagery - sounds wonderful Ms Wallis. Where I live, we all hang out for winter (the Dry) because we get 6 months without clouds, its cooler so we can run around without sweating, and the ground dries out. Summer (which is my favourite time of year) is hot and humid.
Plenty of leaves and changing colours happening around here... hopefully I will have some time to get out in the parklands next week before I hop on a plane and head North
@bobfoto
i think i would like winter alot more if it were like your winters. Winters here, -35 to -40 degrees celsius is normal :( And that is just TOO cold if u ask me.....we really are troopers around here! haha.
@bobfoto
YES WAY!!! haha. winter here is harsh! I live in the province of Alberta. NORTHERN ALBERTA. In a smaller town about 5 hours north of Edmonton.....i have no idea if u know where that is or not. haha. But ya!! winter here is VERY COLD...with tons of snow. lol.
@kdimagery - tomorrow I will get my Atlas out and look. I know Winnipeg is in the centre of Canada up on the flat plains... I'll check out Northern Alberta tomorrow.
@bobfoto
HAHAHAHA! i am such a trooper tho :) !! And yah, like i said, i live 5 hours north of Edmonton yet. It does get VERY cold in the winter. People who travel here in the winter from australia and such think we are all krazy...and you would be surprised at how many ppl ACTUALLY think we live in igloos and have pet polar bears!!! hahaha, it is always quite amusing :D
@bobfoto haha. i am sure some are missing limbs and brain cells yes!! but there is a guy who lives with one, and the bear eats at a table and everything...and he is huuuuge. haha. it is really quite krazy.
@dcr - it was cold...
@murnane - no thanks Marg, I know how many leaves that is.
@kdimagery - and first is?
@aj1268 - I know what you are saying, but give me the warmth!!!
@difeeney @mhensley @dianezelia - Thank you Diana, Michael and Diane.
@lmasinton @kasumie13 - Cheers Lael and Ms Ables...
@canberrabec - nope. While is was chilly I saw no frozen foliage.
@buggus - I'm lucky the Ice Cream Van was all gassed up because I have high-tailed it back to the warmth!
@callalilla @amz87 @bella_ss - Thank you Kimberly, Ms Moon and Sheralee. #:0)
