Enter the Kiln

photo 326
Another shot in the series of photographs for a local Townsville artist who is planning an exhibition, and I get to tag along and show off some prints. Here we find an unfired porcelain bowl inside a kiln about to be cooked. Some of those lines will burn off in the 1100ºC temperature and the rest of the decoration will become blue.

Looking forward to the cooking!

Oh and The Seven continues its march, go see for yourself!
