Gutpela Kaikai

It's not all Sing-sings and Volcanos in Papua New Guinea... occasionally one has time to make home made Wantons and steam them to perfection and serve with a hot chile soy sauce.

Currently have spent near on two weeks eating take-aways and pub food. Boy would I love a serve of home made dim sum.

Thank you to all your wonderful comments throughout August, but September starts tomorrow. Wish me luck.
