You can just see them on the skyline - they are HUGE when I pass them, but there is nowhere on the road to stop and take photos., so I have taken them from this distance.
I drive over these moors every time I go to visit my Mum :)
Lovely fluffy clouds, I don't dislike them either, I live by the coast so we have them offshore. Wonderful light on the hills patches of sun and shade :)
I like them, too, Mags - there's a certain majesty about them. Lately, though, my husband has been bothered by the fact that some migrating birds are suffering from not being able to see them at night. . . it's so hard to know who/what to root for, sometimes!
Love the clouds windmills and the foreground in this... great job... I do like the look of the windmills.... there are none here so I was not aware of the controversy about birds.... not sure like Lynn what to root for.

Yes the sky is wonderful with all the lovely puffy clouds! Great capture of these windmills. Some people complain about the noise from them but I can't say that I've noticed it when I've passed them fairly close by
