Rush hour at Victoria station

Was snapping quick shots of the commuters rushing past me going up the escalator as I was coming down, but ended up quite liking this blurry one that was at the end of the roll where I'd obviously hit the shutter and moved the phone down while it was still taking the pic.

Not too much actual sun today but still ridiculously sultry. Getting used to being in a real sweat when I get in to work.

Day disappeared totally catching with emails and helping team with the usual last-minute announcements. Pilates at lunchtime, first in a while. Left early so could go to the post office to send off my parents' marriage certificate to get it legalised or some such - my sister needs it.

Popped into Sainsbury's/Argos and stocked up on luxury guest pillows and some more sheets then got the tube home. Glad I don't have to use Victoria often - true mayhem.

Finally booked our flights back from Vienna later in the summer and some accommodation - the last piece in the holiday puzzle to fall into place. Veggie meatballs, couscous and broccoli for dinner. Dave not feeling too good though, think he's got a cold and the sultry heat and lack of sleep not helping.

Funny episode later in the evening when F came in to report that foxy had run off with the white bag outside our back door - he was soon disappointed as it was just full of old corks to use on top of canes etc.
