Chalk Bridge

On the Lee Navigation towpath in Tottenham. Well that's what it seems to be called on Google Maps. On my cycle ride to Ponders End.

A second day of workshops with Leveret - looking at how you find repertoire. Did a bit of the morning before cycling off over a very long lunch break to Ponders End Tesco Extra to pick up the photos that were missing from the order I did the other day. I'd found that Tesco do a same-day processing service. But this seemed to be the nearest Tesco that did it

Bit of a trek of a cycle ride - mainly towpath all the way but a very ill-kept one so was quite hard under wheel - and at times scarily narrow so that I got off for fear of falling into the canal. Felt a bit wary after yesterday's falling off the bike incident.

Picked up the photos and cycled back via the roads - actually much better as the surface was good and it was mainly cycle path. Home to do a bit more workshopping before a slightly illegal drinks outside to say goodbye to the neighbours. Well we were all right - we never left our property - but the opposite neighbours came over and stood in the street - at an acceptable social distance but still not allowed. Nobody got arrested thank goodness.

Veggie kebab for supper and we watched Three Identical Strangers - excellent docu-film about triplets that were deliberately separated at birth in the 60s for a social experiment.

As I went to bed, felt a bit odd and ended up having a horribly crampy tummy upset - not sure what that was about. Dave was fine.
