October rainbow challenge - Week 4: People - Wednesday: Yellow
More high-viz in Victoria today - community support officers with yellow whistles were out in force doing traffic duty and marshalling massed pedestrians across the narrow lanes crossing the roads in between all the building work. There was one who was a right little tyrant (not this one) bellowing at any miscreant that dared jaywalk against the pedestrian signal. The guy on the right here looks a touch perturbed.
