This is honestly breath taking. People take sunset photos all the time and I have to say yours stands out from the crowd. This is not only the best one I've seen, But I just love something about it. Great job!
Thank you for your kind comments. It's good source material to work with. I did just buy a Glif ( http://www.theglif.com ) to use with a tripod, but haven't used it yet. I've learned how to keep pretty steady with the phone, and I often have to take quite a few shots because many come out blurry, especially in low light. If you look at my profile pic, you'll see my basic grip, which is then steadied by my other hand. I have to find a new grip for shooting video, though, because this grip covers the microphone.

@4cindylee - I'm currently freelancing at an ad agency right across the street from the Huntington Beach Pier. It makes for relatively quick work to take a break and run across the street to soak in the glory. For everything else, I do what I can wherever I am. I'm blessed to have very interesting days. :)
And I am also grateful that u are continuing with the project a few days ago I read on one of ur posts that u were about to disappear as soon as this project finished...It made me kinda sad....i enjoy ur pics very much...specially the one with ur dog!
