Need some exercise!.. all that holiday food and drink..so biked today with jean.was lovely..quiet along the canal path too.sorry bit intermittent at the min with my posting and comments..not quite back in the groove yet.

Ooh well done Brenda...you look very athletic & a lovely place to cycle! I’m hot g to do a bit more when we eventually do move. Have to tackle a hill at end if our lane, no footpath _ it really puts you off going anywhere at the moment.
@happypat lovely and flat across the canal..but where our village is we are a bit hilly too..one of them you would not want to bike up! ..I leave my bike at jeans.. it's only five mins from the canal side.
