Bit of a sad day on Friday apart from the Duke .Heather and Jonathon's dog Zebbi had to be put down.
We have an animal buriel place down the field ..where all the pets have gone.
Huey and Martha were very upset and picked some daffodils. Then we had chocolate cake which makes things a little better.
Always loved photography, joined this for me and to improve my skills.
Finished working with children a couple of years ago. so more time

I like the burying of pets with the children in full understanding. That’s life or rather death. Like farm children they get to understand the life cycle......it’s very upsetting but lovely to have a proper little coffin. We had a burying place at the farm......two dogs, I cat & of course Henry the sheep.
We actually never told the new people we had a graveyard there.! 😳. Should rectify that perhaps!
Chocolate cake helps anything....a proper wake then!!

It is tough, but as others have said, it helps them understand how things happen in the real world. Chocolate cake sounds a nice way to help soften the day.
