It's ready...

Was trying catch the hot steam on this... didn't work ..lol ItsJust Using up the Brussels on the stem,and carrots with the tops on ..from the market ,which last so much longer and taste so much better than the tasteless supermarket bags. bought these before Xmas. Last lot carrots will be soup ..oh and I love my carrots chopped liked this ..like my mum used to do.!

Ha ha Brennie you have just reminded me I have my Christmas Brussels Sprout stem outside with the small sprouts at the top still on it! Must get it in tomorrow! Your meal looks delightful…I love eating up stuff.
