So... my get pushed challenge this week was 'finding something mundane around the house and either shooting it in an artistic way either as an abstract, or as if for a posh house magazine...'

@farmreporter hi Wendy , thanks for your kind comments and feedback! I agree the blue dish is a bit distracting, I was tossing up about leaving the Wedgewood there or not. I do like this image, but after i'd put a preset filter on it - the bit i wish I'd changed was to brighten up the white linen a tad...
I might do this set up again sometime

I wouldn't brighten up the linen because I find the whole scene soft and romantic and I think you may lose that when you brighten the whites.
But then, it is all in the eye of the beholder!
