Looks yummi and tasteful. @laroque A schnitzel is meat, thinned with a meat tenderizer, coated with flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs, and then fried. Originating in Austria, it is popular in many countries and made using either veal, mutton, chicken, beef, turkey, reindeer or pork. It is very similar to the French dish escalope

@pyrrhula My wife cooks escalope de veau, so now I understand. She's Norwegian, so your reindeer idea might be worth a try on our next visit!
