my hometown sightseeing downtown Hamburg, the Harbour, looking at all the ships, saw a mime (once i put some money in the tin he came to life and thanked me. we had a great time with our friends.visited the famous church "Der Michel" and took lots of pictures inside to add one here for you to see.it's been over 50 years since i visited there last.

Love all the shots here...you just reminded me that when I was in Cologne (Köln) just outside the Köln Cathedral) several years ago I also met a mime...and yet I don't think I have ever run across a mime anywhere else but in Germany (tho I am sure there are mimes everywhere.)

Oh, I just read Lori's comment so I should tell you that I used to live in Hamburg....but not Germany or Pennsylvania.... rather in western NY state!

Fifty years since you were last there Bruni, I'm sure there is alot of change, and probably alot the same. Must be bringing back wonderful memories.
I'm sure your thinking your trip is going way too fast. I envy you I would love to take a trip to Germany.

WOW -- 50 years; You must be seeing LOTS and LOTS of change everywhere; hope you are finding those place that you remember and are able to make new memories as well.
I especially like the little snapshot with the white swans; but they are all great.
