through one of our daily walks in the hilly countryside here in what is called "The upper hills of Remscheid, Germany" i finally took my new point and shoot camera along (my old one finally gave up after Hans dropped it so he bought me a new one. we were three of us my sister in law and her walking partner ( a neighbor in her 80ties and i the youngest of the three was the one slowing them down periodically as i had to take pictures of this beautiful area - all hills and valleys, small rivers and little ponds along the way, lots of wild flowers. the only thing i missed were the animals, no rabbits, no squirrels the odd bird otherwise is was very still but lots of wonderful walking trails (more up than down) kept them waiting many a time for picture taking. we came across a little grave site in the middle of a bush hard to see so my sister in law Christa climbed the little hill and took a picture for me -as you can see by the date we think it was a grave of a little child who lived 2 days only as there were some tiny little toys all around the cross.
Nice to have a few walking partners. Keeps you on task! So many pics here. As Allison said, would love to be able to look at a couple of them more closely. I use my Flickr account for showing other pics or other versions of my pics. Have so many photos there now though that I had to pay the annual fee.
