Here we have a little part of our park..as you can see the snow fence is already up and further on the lake you see a lot of ducks and geese.they congregate there away from the open season a bit further in the bay. guess the season is still open as I can hear shots being fired now and then. oh well that's life. spent lots of time at the hospital no chance to take a picture outdoors today so this one is from the day before.
Yes, snow fences are signs of the season about to turn colder and "whiter!" And re: my "on leave" pic of my dad at a much younger age...I think it is interesting that you kind of knew which one he was!
A snow fence....must admit I'd never heard of one! The colouring in this is still so summery and yet winter is obviously waiting in the wings. A lovely atmospheric shot bruni.
@Diana Moss thank you for your comment. for now they put me on blood thinners and another medication helping to regulate my erratic heart beat... so I hope I'll be fine
