This picture showed up on my screensaver and I thought it makes a nice one for the theme this week. had it hanging out there on my deck but it just didn't attract any hummingbirds. it's put away for the winter but I'll be darned will try it again next year.
I think you need to get one with red flowers. It would attract hummers better than yellow. But then again I have three, all with red flowers & there is a favored one. Nice shot!
Wonder why it wasn't on the "hummingbird preferred" list. It sure looks like what they love. As you say, try again next year. Maybe you will have less critical hummers in your neighborhood!
