Canada's Wonderland is unleashing Leviathan.. but first let me tell you this. yesterday we had to drive into the city to pick up the window we ordered from WagJag and when we almost past the theme park I took a quick picture as I thought this looks like a new ride.. (top left). once back home I googled Canada's Wonderland to take a better picture and get some information. Canada’s Wonderland (located in Vaughan, Ontario) is unleashing Leviathan. (Liviathan is a sea monster referred to in the Bible) here I quote -Leviathan is called “one of the biggest and tallest” roller coasters in the world.
The excitement begins on Leviathan’s first hill as riders climb to a record-breaking height of 93.3 metres (equals about 289 ft) followed by a exhilarating 80 degree drop. Reaching a top speed of 148 km/hr (equals 92.5 miles), it’s 1672 metres (equals about 1 mile) long of track that includes a series of giant camelback hills reaching up to 54.9 meters (equals about 170 ft) than there is an astonishing overbanked hammerhead turn at 115 degree that crosses above the park’s front gate at 44.8 meters high (equals about 138 ft).
@grammyn Well katy I googled the park and watched some videos of the ride..that alone was too much for me already..it felt like I was in there in the car climbing to the top and then up and way way down. these virtual effect get you.
