@grammyn Katy thanks for asking. it seems to get slowly slowly better..the pain is still there and I feel it the most when I get up in the mornings. by afternoon it's almost bearable without a pain killer..today I tried the hot tub for a while and then cooling off in the pool (heated pool) did this a few times. I think the warmer weather helps as well. this is a very nice resort..we're in a villa..don't care much for the condo buildings. thank you for your comments.
Looks lovely! Oh, and I just read your comment to Katy- I'm so sorry you're dealing with that sciatica while you're trying to enjoy a vacation! I do hope all that therapeutic water helps!!
