really like how you composed you shot, Bruni - all our snow disappeared with heavy rain that last few days. left with mud and nasty, plowed snowbanks. stay warm!
@leananiemand Leena we had minus 6 degree C overnight and now at 12 noon it's minus 2. brisk and cold. thank you for your comment, can't tell you how much I appreciate hearing from you.
@catsmeowb Camille it was the same here...we had so much snow and the rest of it just washed away yesterday..so it started snowing this morning..the roofs are white but it has melted from the cars already as soon as the sun came back out. at least we have no mud but then we unfortunately do not live in the country like you do. all our roads are asphalt.
@leananiemand Leana if you like to see our first massive snowfall pls. go to album 2 under November 21st, 22nd and 24th for trees laden with a heavy wet snow. something to see.
very pretty photo Bruni we had large snow flakes come down this morning at 7am the biggest I have ever seen its all gone , now but in our local paper we buy called the Daily Mail in last Thursday edition that most of the UK are going to get a very very cold Winter for over a Hundred years so i hope we have a white Christmas
The day started out yesterday with warm temps, but late afternoon the clouds rolled in and it went down to the 20's last night. I'm so glad we have the wood stove!! This shot really has a chilly feeling to it. Glad your heat is keeping you warm.
Alas, the snow wins out in the end. It's a beautiful shot. I love the snow on the rooftop with the sun shining in the background through the trees. Well done, Bruni! I do hope you are feeling better.
