I wish these geese would fly a little lower so I can get a better picture. took this from a moving car and was lucky I got one shot in..the rest was just blue sky.

I know what you mean....I tried last week or so to photo two white Alaskan swans in flight! At least you got them in the air and in the 'V' formation...good for you!
Lovely, Bruni! I quite often see the ducks and geese from Llyn Cefni flying overhead, but I've never managed to capture them. This is a fabulous shot, well worth framing!
From moving car !! That is something Bruni and your driver can concentrate for driving instead of looking how you manage :)
I would like to see also that sight but next ten days we have almost - 20C every night but also the blue sky during days, it comforts a little :)

How wonderful you captured this lovely scene from a moving car, Bruni. I like it! A v-formation or flock of birds shot is still on my list of "need to photo" shots.
@digitalrn Rick we see the geese in the mornings flying to the fields for a feeding and and returning later in a westerly direction towards Lake Simcoe.
I have the same trouble with my camera! The zoom is not that great. Yesterday there was a cardinal singing from the top of a tree by Judy's house. His bright red coat was a stand out against the morning's blue sky. The zoom managed to pull off a shot, but it just didn't do the bird justice. I understand your frustration!
Nice shot, Bruni. I cannot capture birds in the sky this high up. You did great here just to have them in this frame. I have taken a lot of empty skies.
