Well, the woodpecker doesn't know that this is to shield off the squirrels who will slide down the wire to get on the suet feeder. when they get at it the'll finish off the suet in one sitting. at least almost in one try.

OMG... What a great shot, Bruni!! I have yet to get a woodpecker. I hear them out back a lot and can't seem to locate them!! This is too funny that he's pecking at the cover! I doubt he'll find his foot in that!! lol Fave! Well done :)
