Until yesterday we just saw either the male of female sitting on the nest keeping the eggs warm. to my surprise, today there were two babies and from the looks of it, they look pretty big already.
mom and dad must have kept them very well hidden.

@espyetta Marybeth, this is our first time for us too. a few days later they were gone. left the nest without an "Auf Wiedersehen" after Hans talked to them every day..first to the parents and later when the babies were alone in the nest to them as well. let's see if they'll return next year. I thank you for your nice comments and favs. you know they're so appreciated.
