A filler from January 4th.
Today is the 15th of January; half way point for January. I had a busy day again. First I went to my Optometrist in Newmarket. Hans and I both had an appointment at the beginning of this month. he went and I had to cancel due to my illness. the second appointment today was a follow up with my family doctor here in our home town. he was very pleased with results of the diuretic pill he prescribed. the swelling has come down enough for me to be able to fit back into my shoes. when I asked him if he thinks I'm well enough to go on our planned vacation, he said go for it. you can continue your recuperation as well in the sunny south than here at home. so now I've 2 days to get ready. we're leaving Friday night for Toronto, stay in a hotel and shuttle to the Airport the next morning. Puerto Vallarta here we come!
So happy that you got good news at your Dr, Bruni. I hope you and Hans have a great vacation. I agree with your Dr, relax and sunny warm weather will cure just about anything. Will be a great to get away from the cold for a bit.
What a snowy night, Bruni! You captured it well. Got your emails. Haven't had a chance to respond yet. You have a great time on your holiday! I think it will do you a world of good! The warmth is far better than the cold! Have safe travels and I will respond to your emails as soon as I can.
