A SAFE PLACE FOR BABY

I found another unusual photo op and had to snap this picture. on my return walk I looked again but the birds were gone. so I made a point of checking once in a while, but with no luck.

What kind of bird is it, Ann? did you see the baby. most of my followers \i believe see only the adult bird. Mannie called it a heron...not so sure that is what it is.

@prttblues Bev, two of my friends think it's a blue heron. I've not had the time to check it further. did you notice the little offspring. my laptop was damaged on our trip in 2010 when we visited Germany and the color might be off. wonder if the picture is too dark to see the little baby bird.... also I bought a different keyboard here as the touch on the laptop one is not to my liking. only this new Mexican one doesn't type what I see on the tastature as far as the symbols are concerned. so it's best to leave some out.
