A baby crock might be commonplace in some areas, but not where I come from. we were waiting to catch a local bus to go into Puerto Vallarta from here and while waiting, I walked around and saw this little crock in a ditch. one of the local fellows was coming towards me and stopped to have a look too. he said it was a common sight and that the mom most likely was in a drainpipe watching the young one,. how old do you think the little one is, I asked. he replied, maybe a few weeks.
@maggiemae THIS WAS A DITCH BETWEEN OUR RESORT WHICH IS FULLY ENCLOSED AND A BUS STOP. THE DRAINPIPE WAS JUST TO THE RIGHT OF WHERE WE SAW THE LITTLE GUY. THE LOCALS THINK NOTHING OF IT. THEY SAID THE CROCODILES ARE HARMLESS.
