Telltales

Did you notice the two telltales? yes, Hans just returned from the ER. we spent Friday night there. Hans's COPD flared up so bad that he couldn't get any breath in. after 5 1/2 hours and various procedures we got home at 3 am and by 9 am he had me call the ambulance for another trip to the ER.
this time it didn't take as long as they still had all his information from the evening before. the only difference the second time around was that this ER doctor gave him 2 steroid pills right then and there and a prescription for 5 more. the previous doctor only prescribed him some steroid pills and sent him home (and the Pharmacy only opens at 8 am and by that time Hans's breathing had gotten so bad again that the paramedics put him on a mixture of oxygen and ventolin right away..
Wow, that sounds like a scary situation. Hope he is feeling much better

That can be so frustrating and scary. I hope all is well now and there are no more trips to the ER. But the shot is a very creative way to tell the story.

Best wishes to Hans, and also to you. You also have to deal with it.

So glad he is ok. I too have sudden onset of not being able to breath. My Dr said it is Asthma. I use an inhaler daily called BREO. No shaking and works ok until I inhale something that my nose/airway does not like. I sure understand what Hans is dealing with. So sorry and hope he continues to feel better. You two deserve a break from all of your medical problems. Take good care. I really like your photo, Bruni. FAV
