Seeking some shade. Lake Ontario is known for being pretty darn cold, but the sun was burning. This time around, we walked mostly in the shade under the trees, not once did we step onto the boardwalk.
my breathing is still labored when its warm and humid. in the shade and with a bit of a breeze from the lake, I'm ok.
