I usually place three of these plants on a white marble stone bed at the side of our house. the pot on the left is from last year. I always keep one to overwinter inside. I place it on the window sill of one of our two bay windows. with the other two (these pots are a lot larger and don't fit on the window sill) I stop watering them and eventually all the flowers die off. now I remove the root system and collect the individual roots and put them in peat moss to overwinter in a cool place in a spare room. just about now is the time to replant the roots into two pots again and start watering. the first time they get really soaked and from then on just sparingly. soon you'll see the stems poking out of the earth and eventually the leaves will form and dainty white flowers will appear as well. we've done this for years and it's unbelievable how gorgeous full the two pots will become in a month or two. when it's warm enough outside and more chance of frost, we take all three pots outside once more for the coming summer season.
