I took this picture yesterday while we were driving around the neighborhood. this is the canal that flows into the bay of Lake Simcoe and there are two sides where a lot of Chinese people come from Toronto to fish. look at all the cars on the road.
@maggiemae I should've said Orientals, not just Chinese...apparently they go for sunfish and at this time crappies..Hans says they take them home by the buckets full to grind down for making fish cakes.
We have the same thing happen here, Bruni. Our beautiful lake at the park was loaded with fish a few weeks ago and was a day of fishing. I dislike it so much as they end up with line breaking off in the lake and leave hooks on the ground too. Ducks get tangled up and I stepped on a huge hook a few years back in my sandals. I always worry about the wildlife. Looks like this is a much larger place to fish than at our park.
