Big pile ups on our highways. for instance:
Highway 400 at one time had a pile up of about 40 vehicles due to heavy snow storms and complete whiteouts, but the worse one, from what we saw on the news, was in Trenton, Ontario with 50 huge tractor trailers and some smaller vehicles, again due the weather conditions. one tractor trailer jumped a ditch and landed in a wooden area. apparently not too many people were hurt. one person had a broken arm, they said.
This picture shows a KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) bucket sign collapsed on a taxi in Hamilton, Ontario due to high 90 km/h winds. picture by Steve Welton @Stephen Welton/Twitter.
I'm sure there were a lot more accidents on other roads.
