I have to admit, I was a little surprised to find that there were no Kangaroos in the sock draw?
Never mind, this did mean that I had to pay another visit to the toy shop (pictured on the 15th Nov 12).
I love this place and I picked up this lovely Kanga & Roo (the tie was from my collection).
OMG- when I was a kid my dad had an 8 track cassette of Rolf Harris!!! I Loved that song, and my dad and I would sing it (badly) at top volume. When I had my own kids I tried to share that with them, but they refused to understand the brilliance of Rolf Harris ;) Thanks for bringing back such a happy memory
Wow, you have a tie with kangaroos on?! I thought my husband had a tie for every occasion, but you win hands down - impressed with your dedication to the task. Are you keeping the toyshop open single handed?

Very clever - I love seeing how others see Australia !!! Now your Kangaroo and her Joey can join the "little people" in the sock draw. Do make sure you give her an accent that isn't too "Austraaaalian" :)
Thank you all so much, I was very happy with my purchase and in answer to you questions Cassandra, there is very little room for socks in the draw but they prefer to live on Mrs B's dressing table anyway.
@darrenboyj - I had to make a special trip to the toy shop for Kanga and i don't normally plan, just look at the word in the morning and think about it during the day.
lol! I love this and of course you would make it work! The Jan2013 tag is really an awesome "folder" to go through. So many amazing photos and creative interpretations of the words.
