I will stick with todays word for the title but alternatives could be: "Silence of the Horse" or "Animal Lecter"?

I have know idea why this horse was in a straight jacket, but at least this one could see where is was going, unlike the two in the other shot: http://365project.org/bulldog/365-additions/2013-07-28

The 'lecter! part was of course, 'Hannibal'. The guy who made this character come alive was of course, Anthony Hopkins! He played the part of "Burt Munro", Johns dad in the film , The Worlds fastest Indian! Could you say this this horse might be hankering after this role?

LOL, well they are not straight jackets!! They are fly rugs. Some horses are actually allergic to fly bites and get terrible allergies. The flies are dreadful at the moment and so this stops they irritating the horses. The face masks are an extension of the same thing. You make me laugh so much

The face masks are a fine mesh that they can see through. They do look very funny though, and it appears illogical to put a coat on them in hot weather!

Can't have a Lecter without a muzzle! - This "strait-jacket" might stop him jumping the fence but it won't win a fashion award - Having seen allergies to insect-bites in humans I can appreciate how much the horse would need protecting tho' - I do love the way your mind works!
