These swans are on the river beside the allotment. They came right up close looking for a bite to eat. Sadly I hadn't anything. They weren't too happy to see Betty - the dog, and hissed furiously at her. I thought they might have attacked her as she's only half their size!
Great shot. Yes,I've had some run in's with dogs and swans,who can be extremely aggressive when they have young.Fortunately,I owned labradors,who rarely rose to the bait,unless they thought someone was threatening me!
