I tried out a new recipe from a supermarket recipe book (Waitrose) and they turned out beautifully. The recipe contains natural yogurt (also lots of butter and sugar so not all healthy!) and a dollop of raspberry jam in the middle of the unbaked doughtnut. We couldn't resist trying them while they were still warm - delicious!
