Miniature railway

We took Henry down to our local park at the weekend to see the new miniature steam railway. It is still in its very early stages and at present only has a short piece of temporary track open for rides. They are fundraising to build a 350 metre long track and station so we signed up for a one year membership. Henry was very interested in the engine but we couldn't persuade him to have a ride. Nana and Grandad both had a ride though!

What a wonderful installation for kids (of all ages!) to be able to see. The details for the scale look quite authentic.
