I revisited the Waterside development at Frog Island, where there was such a lot of street art following the Bring On The Paint Festival. Unfortunately most of the original work in now gone, however amongst the graffiti was this piece. I'm still trying to work out what it means, any suggestions welcome.
I have no clue what it means but the subject certainly is an interesting character. Maybe it's some sort of political opinion on a particular leader? Strange but amazing artwork.
