Timber

The lens cap is on the stump for scale, looking toward what is left of the top (all downhill). The right is from the last cut looking uphill toward the stump (marked), a good fifty feet or more. I'm almost at the limit of my chain saw bar, and because of the angle, I get a wonderful bind and smoke while cutting. Have to find the wedges to continue, even the branches will make goo fire wood. Gotta get it done so it dries during the "hot" months.
Nice collage and I like that you used the lens cap for the scale. You'll get lots of good firewood from it.
