Have seen this eagle more often within a 10 mile radius of where I live. Usually it's perched in a tree. (My previous shot was trying to get it mid flight.
Anyone know if this is a young Bald Eagle? Or golden eagle? It is already Huge.

It looks like a juvenile bald eagle. I took a photo yesterday of a juvenile in a tree. Its mother left it for the day, trying to teach it to fly. They call out to each other from a distance and then she comes back. I've seen the parent eagles drop food near the juvenile trying to coax it into flying. Its wonderful to see when the juvenile finally take off. A great capture.
