Apple was great at replacing my phone when it was under warranty. It also is well worth moving up to the 4 (the camera alone makes it worth it).

No one will ever convince me that the IBM-compatible has gone out of fashion (individual part customization can come in handy). Nice way to make something totally useless at that point in time come back to life.

My son is suffering also...his iTouch finally bit the dust nine months after being washed. He'll have to wait until at least the end of June to get my iPhone...that's if they come out then. I'm really sorry about your iPhone...I'd be at a complete loss.
