(10) Pot au Chocolat with Brandy Snap and Whipped Cream

Another dish from my Gu Cookbook. These were REALLY easy! Only problem was the 100ml is a little bit too big, as these are really rich and creamy, so we ended up sharing these with our respective partners.
Note to self: make smaller next time!
I also have another shot without the cream, which my boyfriend prefers as he thinks that the cream means there is too much white. What do you think?
@espyetta Thank you! Gu is a brand over here in the UK selling chocolate puddings and stuff. Tend to be very expensive, but so, so, so good (and bad at the same time!) They've brought out a cookbook based entirely on chocolate, but with some savoury dinners as well. Only tried two recipes so far (this and the chocolate and macadamia brownies I posted on the 12th), but they have come out brilliantly, with no tweaking!
@miley89 That's ok. I got the email telling me what your comment said :) This is just a white sheet. I set it up right next to the window on the left and a silver reflector on the right. The camera was on a tripod, so I could set it up and check the histogram on the live view to make sure none of the highlights were blown out. Thanks for the comment!
