This isn't sharp enough (I don't think my shutter speed was fast enough, I may not have focussed correctly, or my lens just isn't sharp enough), but it is probably the best Red Kite shot I have taken!
how lucky for you! i had one fly over my house last year and its the first one i've seen where i live. I normally only get to see them at HIgh Wycombe or Whipsnade. They are THE best :-)
where is your garden? what a great shot don't for get a moving bird is difficult to shoot they won't stand still and pose, so I think you did an amazing job in this capture
