Forgotten Home in Snowflake

I spent about 9 hours yesterday delivering flowers... this house was on one of the back roads in a sleepy little community called Snowflake. The road names are Icicle, Blizzard, Sleighbells, Bobsled, etc. My husband was kind enough to drive me back this morning.

Pictures like this inspire many questions, like who lived there? Who looked out that second story window? Interesting to me is the 'shadow' of a front porch that might of once been there. It's almost as if the spindles are still there by the front door. I really like the way you composed this picture.
