Many years ago my friend, Jane, who is now approaching 90 years of living and loving, began giving away her personal belongings, her treasures, as she calls them. I was shopping with her one day and one of her daughters came in the antique store where we were. Jane was buying a little pitcher that had a chip in it, and her daughter said, "Mother, that pitcher has a chip in it." Her reply, " Well, somebody loved this little pitcher and I am just gonna love it a little longer." She sees beauty in everything, and her life radiates beauty to all who are blessed to know her! Love my Jane!
Wonderful story of the kind of person your friend is - feel sure that her outlook on the world is part of her secret for such a long life with many friends. Beautiful photo of the locked.
