At the little floral shop where I work, 3 of us spent 27 hours (out of 33 hours) making more than 200 flower arrangements for Valentine's Day (81 hours).. another employee waited on customers and took orders and three teams of people delivered flowers. Obviously florists don't get to celebrate Valentine's Day with their sweetheart on Valentine's Day unless they work together. I celebrated this year's holiday by making trips to the chiropractor yesterday and today for bulging discs in my spine... on my feet too long, bending to pick up flowers from buckets to make arrangements, loading flowers into vehicles... made very few photos... no time!
Gorgeous capture and soooo much work! I've been thinking about applying at our neighborhood florist shop for a little part time work. Now I'm not so sure!
