Some lovely gal pals with cameras that I know are embarking on 'Let's Do 52' - and I'm diving in too. I completely loved the inspiration all around me when doing my 365 photo project, and am now completely looking forward to immersing myself in my next photo adventure.
Paint the Moon's "Let's Do 52" provides themes each week (two themes actually - one emotive and open to interpretation, and the other less so). To kick off week 1 the theme is 'Sharing or Natural'.
I have opted for 'Sharing' and offer my photo below for my contribution.... "Sharing the love... and the chips" - my husband & I had a rare day and night to ourselves, and just got home from sitting outside on a glorious summer's evening and sharing some food. Special times with my boy ♥ Week 1 into my new challenge, I went out without my camera (*gasp* I know!!) - but snapped this on my phone :)
Love this shot and LOVE the idea of a weekly theme that is not too.... rigid, open to interpretation and that might, just might help me find my mojo again!!?
Ooh you're back, kind of! "52" sounds interesting maybe I'll have a look when I finish this year off! Great shot, even if you didn't have your camera with you!!!!
Well... I'm still on my second year, although I'm bending the rules a bit and not forcing myself to take a picture every day. I love this 52 idea, I think I would become more critical and that could be a good thing... Maybe as a third year?!?
Seems like a lot more easy going project. Especially after accomplishing 365 already! Great bowl for your chips and how lovely that you got out for some special time together.
@michellegaynor Yay come on board!! It is being done through Flickr (there is a Paint the Moon group) - I was so inspired when doing my 365, and it really helped my creativity..... but I have been feeling rather sluggish in the creativity department, so am hoping too this will bring back my old friend mojo!
