Took this in High Cross shopping Centre in Leicester today. This art was taking place on the floor below & seemed to be with stencils & glittery coloured powder. All part of the Diwali celebrations in this multi- cultural city.

Magnificent, I saw one of these artworks being made a few years ago in Sydney, fascinating to watch. It was made with coloured sand, coloured rice and coloured flour.
