@30pics4jackiesdiamond ~ Ha! I did wash my hands before, but certainly not for the recommended 20 seconds. I'm now on the 2 Happy Birthdays train along with my kids ;)

I've certainly changed the way I wash my hands since this began and follow a very different technique. I guess it is like driving. When you learn, you exaggerate looking in the mirror etc and then pick up your own habits over time to replace the learned procedures. I guess most people's handwashing becomes slapdash. I think I will keep the new technique for life now, having realised how much bacteria remains if you don't! Great shot

Super shot. Not much has changed for me since the Covid-19 crisis started. I started proper hand washing about 10 years ago .... just do it more often now. (got to get some hand lotion 'cuz my hands are getting SO dry)
