Many thanks for all your messages of sympathy,and favs,over the loss of Gemma.She went downhill so quickly,and it wasn't her heart problem,the vet was quite happy with that.I think she may have developed a cancer somewhere in her digestive tract.
What a beautiful shot, Carol. I love your title. We lost our cat very suddenly at 18 years old, 4 years ago. He had cataracts, hyperthyroidism and stomach issues and had meds for each problem. He was doing better than he had in a long time when he dropped and fell into a coma. Our vet said he had liver cancer. Amazing to me that they can show no sign of illness that takes them so suddenly in the end.
