Quite unusual to have those columns in front of a church. Have they been added later ? It's a beautiful building. Well captured.

@bintal. After the Great Fire of Northampton in 1675, which destroyed most of the old town, a new church was consecrated and opened in 1680.In 1701,the portico was added. As a memorial of Charles 2nd's contribution to the new building, a statue of him was erected above the portico.
